What is the main difference between Leasing and Renting?
Renting offers total flexibility for shorter periods (days or weeks) and is fully inclusive. Leasing is a long-term solution (typically 12 to 36 months) with a fixed monthly payment, optimizing tax benefits for corporate customers and allowing lower capital expenditures.
Who is eligible for CHMI Leasing plans?
We offer leasing solutions for both corporate entities and private individuals. A basic credit eligibility check and verification of steady income / business registration are required for approval.
What documents are required to start a lease?
For personal leasing, we require a valid driving license, passport/ID, and proof of address and income. For corporate leasing, we require business registration documents, VAT certificates, and corporate bank statements.
What happens at the end of the lease duration?
At the end of your contract, you can return the vehicle and upgrade to a brand new model, extend your current lease agreement, or purchase the vehicle at a pre-calculated residual value. Or you can agree on a price to purchase the car.
What is included in the lease?
All our leasing agreements include 2 free full services and 1 tire change during the lease term. The first 20,000 km are free, and any additional mileage is charged at 75 cents per km.
