Terms of Service
Please read the terms and conditions of the rental agreement carefully. By renting a vehicle with us, you agree to comply with all rules and restrictions listed below.
Crucial Cross-Border & Off-Road Insurance Warning
Driving vehicles in the northern occupied part of Cyprus or on unpaved roads (such as the Akamas peninsula) is **strictly forbidden**. Any damage incurred in these areas will void insurance coverage and make the renter fully liable.
General Terms & Verification
Vehicle Ownership & Return
The rented vehicle is the property of the owner. The renter is obliged to return it to the owner in perfect conditions as it was delivered.
Passport Deposit
The renter is obliged to deposit his/her passport at the time of hiring the vehicle. The owner reserves the right to keep it as security until any damages or other expenses have been paid.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
After the signature on the contract, refunds cannot be given. If the vehicle is returned before the agreed time, a refund cannot be given.
Insurance & Liability
Third-Party Insurance
The vehicle has THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. In case of an accident, the owner is not responsible for the driver or the passengers.
Damage & Theft Liability
The renter is responsible to pay any damage caused to the vehicle as well as in the case of theft (subject to specified insurance excess limits).
Driving at Own Risk
It is the driver's/renter's responsibility that they are driving on their own risk.
Vehicle Security & Keys
The vehicle must always be locked when it is parked. Lost or broken keys are the renter's full responsibility.
Usage & Driving Restrictions
Fines & Prohibited Actions
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines. It is the law to wear helmets and seat belts. The vehicle MAY NOT BE USED for racing, pacemaking, speeding testing, off-road driving, dirt tracks, or driving instructions.
Prohibited Drivers
The vehicle must not be driven by any person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or barbiturates, or by any person other than the renter who signed the contract.
Geographical Restrictions
The rented vehicle is strictly forbidden for use in the Turkish Occupied Area (Northern Cyprus), the Akamas region, and any off-road terrain.
Provisional Licenses
The holder of a provisional driving license is not allowed to carry any passengers in the vehicle.
Rental Policies & Fees
Late Return Penalties
If the vehicle is not returned on the agreed date and time, the renter is obliged to pay an hourly delay fee as specified in the contract.
Fuel Policy
Petrol is non-refundable. Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as received.
