Luxury and Premium Car Leasing in Paphos: What We Offer, and What We Do Not
People who search for luxury car leasing in Paphos usually want one of two things: a comfortable, well-equipped car for daily use, or a specific prestige model. We would rather be clear about which of those we can provide than let you find out after you have called.
CHMI Rentals has served Paphos for over 23 years from Tombs of the Kings Avenue. Our lease list is made up of practical, well-maintained cars, and the most premium car on it is the Nissan X-Trail (2020) with its premium cabin. We do not currently list prestige-badge cars for lease. This page explains what premium means in our lease plans, what the options cost, and how to ask for something we do not list.
The Premium End of Our Lease List
The Nissan X-Trail (2020) is our top lease option. It is an automatic with GPS navigation, Bluetooth and a premium cabin, and it suits executives, families and companies that want space and comfort more than a badge.

On our price list, monthly rental for the same car is €1,500, so a lease is lower at every term. A refundable deposit of €900 applies. If you want a smaller, lower-cost premium option, the Nissan X-Trail (2017) is €770 to €590 a month. It is covered on our SUV leasing page.
What a Premium Lease Should Include
Whatever car you choose, these are the points that separate a good lease from an expensive surprise. Compare any offer, ours included, on all of them.
- Servicing. Our leases include two free full services and one tyre change during the term.
- Mileage. The first 20,000 km are free on our leases, and extra distance is 75 cents per km. Check how a lease counts its allowance before you sign, since a low limit is the most common hidden cost.
- Deposit and upfront payment. Ask what is refundable and when. Our calculator estimates the upfront payment as three monthly payments.
- Insurance. Find out what is covered, what your excess is, and who is allowed to drive.
- End of the term. Our leases let you return the car, extend, or buy it at an agreed price.
If You Want a Specific Premium Model
There are three honest routes if the car you have in mind is not on our lease list.
- Ask us. Tell us the model, the year, how long you want it and your budget. We will tell you plainly whether it can be arranged, and we will not promise a car we cannot supply.
- Import it. Our Japan car import and pre-order service sources a car to your exact specification and registers it in Cyprus. This is a purchase, not a lease, but it is the route to a specific model.

A straight answer up front
If you need a German or Italian prestige model, we are probably not the right lease provider today. If you want a comfortable, well-serviced premium SUV at a fixed monthly cost, the X-Trail is a strong choice.
Executive and Company Leasing
Companies use leasing to keep cash in the business instead of buying a depreciating asset. Lease payments can be recognised as a business operating expense, which may reduce corporate tax. Ask your accountant how this applies to you. For a company lease, bring your business registration documents, VAT certificate and corporate bank statements. A basic credit eligibility check applies, as it does for private leases.
If a client or colleague is visiting for a short time, a lease is the wrong tool. A rental from Paphos Airport is quicker and needs no commitment.
Choosing Your Term
- 3 to 6 months: for a season or a temporary posting. The monthly figure is the highest. See our short-term car lease page.
- 6 to 12 months: for a year in Cyprus or a project with an end date.
- 24 to 36 months: the lowest monthly figure, and the best value if you will keep the car for the whole term.
Compare the total cost, not only the monthly figure. A lower monthly amount on a longer term only saves money if you keep the car for the full period.
